We interviewed 5 people in total ; as part of our Vox Pop. We interviewed 5 people from different ages. This includes 11 - 25 year olds. This allowed to get a variety of feedback and allows us to analyse opinions of different people. Me and my group members divided the work within the group. Me and Nadia was incharge of filming the interviews and Rhiann asked the questions. The younger kids ages 11 - 13 didn't have much information on music genres and Leona Lewis as an artist. This suggested that Leona Lewis's target audience isnt people ages 11- 13. As they were able to one Leona Lewis song and they didn't know much background information about Leona Lewis either. The feedback that we got will assist us with our music video. As we are re branding Leona Lewis; we will take the positives and negatives we received doing our Vox Pop and include that in our music video.
We also carried a vox pop research where we interviewed different aged people asking them about pop music and our chosen artist Leona Lewis. Many people said that they felt Leona Lewis should make music videos that are different. This is when we decided that we take this feedback in consideration and re-brand leona lewis by changing the style of music video she makes.
